Controller

The controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is the operator of silicrack.es, trading as Silicrack. This version does not publish a postal address or a contact e-mail. That identity is required by Article 13 GDPR where personal data are processed; until real, verified contact details are published, this notice cannot be treated as complete. No address, tax number or e-mail is invented.

What happens when you visit

The site is published as static HTML on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Delivery uses Cloudflare’s network. Cloudflare may log technical connection data (for example IP address, time, requested resource and user agent) for security, caching and network operation.

The site has no user accounts, newsletter, comments or contact form. Your search is not sent to a server of ours: the guide index is a static JSON file and filtering happens in the browser.

The calculator runs in the browser. It does not send measurements to a server of ours.

Google Analytics is not installed, nor any advertising pixel of ours. The analytics adapter in the code is switched off.

Fonts load from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). Google processes that request under its own policy.

Amazon

If you follow an affiliate link you leave this site and Amazon may process data and set its own cookies. Silicrack does not control that.

Legal basis and retention

Technical network logs are processed by the host to deliver the site (legitimate interest / providing the information service). Retention of those logs is set by Cloudflare.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Exercising them in practice needs a contact channel for the controller; that channel is not yet published.
